We Don't Run Ads.
We Install Infrastructure.

Allure Digital builds the client acquisition systems that let aesthetic and wellness practices stop depending on the algorithm's mood. We work with permanent makeup artists, wellness founders, injectors, and medspa owners who have already proven demand exists, and who are done watching it arrive at random.

Success isn't a single campaign.

It's a cycle.

A continual death and rebirth of your client base, your visibility, your bottom line.

Most artists walk that cycle alone. Without infrastructure. Without data. Without a system strong enough to hold the volume of demand they are already capable of generating.

A post lands, the phone lights up, the chair fills for two weeks. Then the algorithm turns its attention elsewhere, the calendar empties, and the whole thing starts again from zero.

That isn't a business. It's a series of good months interrupted by bad ones.

The standard response is to hire an agency. The agency runs ads. Leads arrive, sometimes hundreds of them, into an inbox nobody has time to answer during a four-hour procedure. By the time anyone replies, the prospect has booked with someone who answered faster. Then the agency sends a report showing cost-per-lead trending down and quietly points out that closing is the client's job.

Both parties are technically correct. Nobody is growing.

Allure Digital exists so no one has to walk that cycle alone. We built it around the part everyone skips: what happens between the lead arriving and the deposit landing. That gap is where the revenue lives, and it is the only place we're interested in operating.

This is for the artist and founder ready for a fully engineered growth engine, designed to:

✦hold your pipeline through the unraveling of algorithmic reach
✦guide your visibility through the unknown of AI search
✦challenge the outdated tactics your old strategy still clings to
✦anchor your bookings when everything in the market is shifting

✦position you as the default recommendation your clients find
✦scale with you as your studio evolves into what it's capable of becoming

Allure Digital is where the feast-or-famine cycle falls away, where structured demand comes online inside your business, and where the studio you've always envisioned begins to lead your growth.

We are not for anyone looking for a quick fix. If the plan is thirty days, a miracle, and a refund request, we're the wrong fit and we'd rather say so now.

Who We Are

Maite Zingoni CEO Allure-digital

Maite Zingoni

Founder: Strategy & Conversion

Maite Zingoni founded Allure Digital after watching the same thing happen to artist after artist, in studio after studio.
The inquiry arrives at two in the afternoon. The artist is three hours into a procedure with a needle in her hand. She sees the message at seven that evening, replies immediately, and the client has already booked with whoever answered first.

Nobody did anything wrong. The marketing worked. The artist is excellent. The lead was still lost, and it was lost in a gap that no amount of additional ad spend can close. Send that artist twice as many inquiries and you have simply doubled the number she can't get to.

That is the problem Maite built Allure Digital to solve: the follow-up that has to happen while the artist is working, handled with enough warmth that the client never feels handed to a machine, so that the only conversations reaching her chair are the ones already worth having.

She leads strategy, campaign architecture, and the search side of the business: the SEO and AI citation work that decides whether a practice gets recommended at all. She also runs the entire conversion side of each engagement, from consultation scripting to call reviews to the front-desk coaching that turns an inquiry into a deposit.

Her operating belief is that there are only three things genuinely worth giving another person: opportunity, revenue, and time. The first two are what every agency claims to sell. The third is the one artists and wellness founders actually run out of, and it's the one we protect first.

Daniel Amschlinger

Partner: Strategy & Technical Architecture

The vision became an agency when Maite partnered with Daniel.

Daniel holds a bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing (Publicidade e Propaganda), which is rarer in this field than it should be. Most people running campaigns for aesthetic practices learned on the job, from other people who also learned on the job.

His role goes well past strategy. He is also the technical architect of your growth. The conversion framework and the automations that keep your pipeline running are built and maintained by him personally, not configured once by a contractor and left to drift.

That gives you something most agencies cannot offer. If something breaks, you are never left alone to work it out and never routed into a support queue. You have a direct line to the person who built your system and knows exactly how to fix it.

How We Work

The Results

We would rather show you than tell you.

One permanent makeup studio came to us relying entirely on word of mouth and wary of spending anything on ads. Over ninety days, a $450 monthly ad budget produced 324 enquiries at $4.17 each. Twenty-one percent of them booked, at an acquisition cost of $19.85 per paying client, and

$40,800 in revenue.

Every engagement is measured the same way: how many qualified leads arrived, how quickly they were answered, and how many turned into booked appointments. The full breakdown, along with our work in AI search visibility, is on the results page.

Results described reflect one client's outcome over a specific period and are not typical or guaranteed. Performance depends on market, pricing, consultation process, and service delivery.
